    Description

    This is a large lot of vintage clothing tags along with a few other vintage paper advertising pieces for clothing.   I could about 105 pieces in this lot almost all of which are paper tags and paper clothing hangers.   Almost all items in this lot date to the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s and together these offer an interesting tour through American popular fashion history from the era.  There are few items that might be older than 1950s  in this lot.  Included are 1950s era Western themed tags for dungarees, 1960s British Mod clothing inspired tags, 1970s Hippie Flower Power inspired tags and more.
    This lot includes tags for skinny leg pants, Sanforized clothing, bell bottoms, Jamaica shorts, pajamas, workwear, denim jeans, Whistle Britches and more.  Included are some tags that feature professional sports figures like Sam Huff and Gayle Sayers as well as Donnie & Marie Osmond  All tags are vintage originals.  Condition varies with some tags being rather creased or worn but most being in very good condition.    Please see the photos which together show all tags offered in this lot.  I am unable to sell individual tags out of this lot.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
